PUBLIC LUX

This project was a design challenge in which I was tasked with creating a Louis Vuitton retail environment within a Privately Owned Public Space (POPS), while preserving its public function.

Given the site's high ceilings, I proposed the use of mezzanine levels to house the boutique above the public area. The entire ground floor remained dedicated to the POPS space, ensuring full public accessibility. A dramatic glass screen feature extended through all levels, offering a visually striking element that draws attention from below and highlights the vertical connection between the public and retail spaces.

The final design upheld the POPS requirements while delivering a luxurious multi-level experience that blends retail innovation with thoughtful urban design.
